- Heat griddle to 375 degrees F (medium heat).
- Lightly grease the griddle.
- Whisk 1 cup of pancake mix and 3/4 cup of water, no milk or eggs necessary.
- Batter will be thick. For thinner pancakes add a small amount of water at a time.
- Pour a 1/4 cup per pancake on the griddle. Cook pancakes for 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Flip once and serve.
