“They say it’s the perfect blend, not too spicy but very flavorful.” Well, we love when y’all do the work for us. This is one of those products that pretty much speaks for itself. We’ve found about a dozen uses for it and we aren’t surprised when we hear you all have about a hundred more. The versatility of this hot sauce is just one of the many things we love about it, as the bold smoky flavor and that just right kick of heat mean you can slather, pour and dash to just about everything you eat or drink. There are even those among us who wouldn’t dare leave the house without our own stash.
Crafted in partnership with another family-owned business, and happy to say, our friends, Midland Ghost, we are proud to offer this exclusive hot sauce. Made with their famous, homegrown in West Central Georgia, small-batch Ghost-Peppers, blended with mild red peppers and aged in our bourbon barrels to infuse it with that rich, smoky, oaky heat - well you just have to taste it to understand why it was a finalist for the Good Food Awards.
This item is gluten, nut, and dairy-free.

Aged in Willett bourbon barrels to allow the flavors to come together and ramp up the intensity. It is super concentrated so a little bit goes a long way. Best with aged spirits. Stir 1 part No.1 + 4 parts rye in a glass with ice. Garnish with an orange peel.

Jack Rudy: Bourbon Cocktail Cherries
When updating the cocktail cherry we looked to our Kentucky roots for inspiration, combining Bourbon from our home state with Oregon cherries. The result is the ideal companion to any number of drinks, most notably those made with whiskey. You might find them good enough to eat straight from the jar.
Mollyjogger: Scrimshaw Knife Kit
Scrimshaw is an early American art form originating from the whaling industry in the late 1700’s. During the many idle hours at sea, a whaler etched drawings of nautical themes on items that were readily available to him such as sperm whale teeth and bones. His primary etching instrument was a sail needle, nail or pocket knife. After he scratched his art work into the surface of the bone, he would rub lamp black or tobacco juice into the scratch to reveal the drawing. As America traveled west, the frontiersmen carried the art form with them, applying it to their powderhorns, knives and other accoutrements.
You can experience this art form too as you scrimshaw the images of a hunt, big catch or simply the family name on your very own bone-handled pocket knife. This kit includes all you'll need to complete the project and is a perfect starter introduction into scrimshaw.
Choose from knife style: Trapper (4 1/8” closed) or Lock-back (3 5/8” closed).

This cocktail mix is super concentrated, so a little bit goes a long way.
We've revived this old classic by smoking honey over bourbon barrel staves. Bitter orange peel and lemon make for a slightly tart and smoky cocktail. Honey adds a nice frothy head when shaken vigorously. Mixes best with bourbon but swap it out for tequila to make a slightly smoky Honey Margarita. Shake equal parts Bittermilk No.3 + Whiskey with heavy amounts of ice.

Arnold Palmer's Success Lessons
Arnold Palmer taught world-class pro golf instructor Brad Brewer how to play golf. But that was just the beginning. For more than 30 years, Palmer taught Brad how to live. As a businessman, a father, a celebrity, a philanthropist, and a friend, Palmer showed those around him that true success has nothing to do with the final score—and everything to do with how you play the game.
In Arnold Palmer’s Success Lessons, Brad shares the life-changing truths he learned from the King of Golf throughout three decades of knowing Palmer as a business partner, employer, and mentor. In short but powerful chapters, Brad passes on Palmer’s secrets such as:
Why you always need to play for the love of the game
What your starting point tells you about your destination
How to capitalize on past success
The attitude of a true champion
Why golf is like all the best things in life—it’s more complicated than it looks
Taking us from Palmer’s childhood to his last years back in his own hometown, Brad introduces us to the Arnold Palmer behind the trophies, the celebrity, and the fame. This was the man who changed lives simply by living well, a man loved and respected not only for what he did but for who he was.
