Store Pickup and Shop Questions
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes, we offer in-store pickup for all items found on the website. All customers have the option to choose in-store pickup at check out, so if you know you are coming to town, choose pickup to save on shipping costs. We ask that all store pickups be picked within two weeks of the order date.
When will my order be ready to pickup?
You will receive an email or text when your order is ready to be picked up. If the shop is open, store pickup orders are processed almost immediately. If the shop is closed, store pickup orders will be processed at opening the next day. If issues arise that delay the processing of your order, you will be contacted by a member of our team. If you do not receive any emails following order placement, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org). There is probably an issue with your email or phone number. Orders can be picked up whenever the shop is open.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday-Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 12-5. If our hours change due to inclement weather or a holiday, we will post on our Instagram (@citysupplyfayetteville).
Where are you located?
We are located at 15 S Block Street in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Our shop is sandwiched in between Riffraff and Bearded Goat. Parking is free up to 2 hours on the Fayetteville square. There is additional metered parking on the side streets and a parking lot directly behind the shop on Mountain and Center St.
I accidentally selected shipping and I wanted to pickup? What do I do?
Contact us immediately via email (email@example.com) with your name and order number. We will do our best to change your order and have it available in the shop for you. If the order has already been picked up by USPS, no further changes can be made.
I accidentally selected pickup and I wanted to ship? What do I do?
Contact us immediately via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your name and order number. Once we are contacted, we will send a shipping invoice to your email. Once the shipping invoice is paid, your order will enter the shipping queue and will be processed within 2-4 business days. Processing days may increase during peak times.
If an item is "sold out" online is it available in the shop?
Unfortunately, it will not be available. Our online shop and Fayetteville location share an inventory, so everything that is available online should be available in the shop!
Where are you products made?
We strive to carry well-made products and do not hold bias on where they come from. We have offerings from various Arkansas Makers including: War Eagle Mill, Onyx Coffee Lab, and Duncan & Stone. The majority of our City Supply Exclusive items are made in partnership with Charlie Southern, a local t-shirt company and wholesaler. In addition, we carry regional brands such as Burlebo (Austin, TX), Sip Hip Hooray (Tomball, TX), and Southern Fried Design (Nashville, TN). Our products are curated and tested by our team. What happens after I place an order?
You should receive two emails after placing an online order. The first will be confirmation that your order was placed. The second email will be notice that your order is ready to be picked up or shipped with tracking information. If you do not receive any emails following order placement, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org). There is probably an issue with your email or phone number.
How much is shipping?
Shipping varies depending on your location. This can change depending on how close you are to our shipping location (Fayetteville, AR), and the shipping option you select.
When will my order arrive?
Generally, the order will be made, packaged up, and sent to you within 2-4 days of purchase. Please note that during peak times such as holidays, we may run a day or two longer. If there are ever issues that arise, we will be sure to notify you immediately to get you a more accurate time frame! Timing does vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected. If you need an order rushed, select upgrading shipping at check out.
What is your return policy?
First and foremost, it's important to know that all returns are for store credit only.
Some things to know and remember when shopping responsibly:
- All "on sale" items are final sale and not returnable.
- All perishable goods/pantry items/foods/liquids are final sale and non returnable.
- All items must be unused and unwashed with tags/price sticker still attached.
- All items purchased with a discount code of 30% or more is considered final sale.
- All vintage sales are final.
Since we are a small family-owned business, we kindly ask you shop responsibly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to make a return?
If you are local, simply bring in the item(s) you would like to return along with your receipt or order confirmation email. If you have neither, you will be asked to provide the name attached to the order for the return to be processed.

In the package, please provide your name, order number, and email. Once the return is received, it will be processed by our team and an online gift card will be sent to the email provided in 1-3 business days.
My item arrived damaged/broken. What do I do?
If your item arrived damaged/broken, please alert us via email ASAP. Our email is email@example.com. We ask that a photo of the broken/damaged item be provided. If a replacement is available, we will ship a new one. If a replacement is unavailable, we will sent an online gift card for the price of the item (not including shipping).
I would like to make an exchange. What do I do?
Unfortunately, due to our changing inventory, we are unable to offer exchanges. However, we do offer store credit. If the item would like to exchange for is available, you have a gift card to purchase it.
