Pink House Alchemy: Hazelnut Syrup


Not only is Hazelnut Syrup an obvious coffee partner, but also a favorite of our pastry chef friends. Our Hazelnut Syrup is rich and earthy with nothing artificial about the product or the taste.

Ingredients: cane sugar, water, hazelnut extract, lactic acid

Suggested uses: Hazelnut Espresso Crepes (4 2oz crepes, 2 cups of fresh whipped cream, 2 oz of Hazelnut Syrup, 1 oz espresso grounds; Mix 1 oz syrup and espresso grounds into whipped cream, Layer with crepes and drizzle with remaining 1 oz of hazelnut syrup, garnish with raw hazelnuts and shaved chocolate) Hazelnut coffee (Stir 1 oz of Hazelnut syrup into a cup of coffee, add a splash of cream and enjoy)
